1. Please create a profile - Select India as your membership type. Complete all fields

2. After submitting the form you will receive an automated mail with a username and password to access the CGHH Member portal.

3. Log into the member platform with the username and password provided to submit an abstract and to register for the conference.

4. Change your password to one that you can remember after logging in to the member portal.

5. You must accept the conference terms and conditions prior to submitting your abstract.

Please do not create duplicate profiles. Check your spam folder if you have not received a username or password with 2 mins.
